One-to-One Coaching - $100 consultation + $25/week
  • No minimum commitment 
  • Includes account
  • Annual plan initial set-up and unlimited adjustment as necessary
  • Workouts posted in 2 week increments based on progress
  • Power/HR Based Workouts
  • Testing workouts every 3-4 weeks
  • Includes nutrition and strength training e-book
  • Unlimited e-mail contact with Tom + optional phone consultation every 2 weeks
